Props
- o 1 yoga mat
o 1 or 2 bricks (alternatively big books can do)
o 1 yoga belt (alternatively judo belt or leather belt can do)
o 1 foldable chair (alternatively simple chair without arms)
o 1 or 2 bath towels
Practical Tips
- Before the class
o Download Zoom from Appstore; Playstore or https://zoom.us/download for PC
o Chose a quiet and luminous place for the practise; not far from your Wi-Fi antenna
o Join 5 min in advance to check video & sound connexion
o Position your device at around 50 cm height for best angle & sound
o Ventilate the room with fresh air before the session
- During the class
o Put your microphone on mute while not talking to avoid background noise
o Select “full screen” mode for better viewing of Asanas
o At the beginning of every class please inform me of any recent illness or if you’re stressed or exhausted. Women also need to inform me if you are pregnant or menstruating.
o In case of disconnect; reconnect to Virtual Classroom immediately with same link shared
